Dave Zabrowski is the Chief Executive Officer of DataCore Software. Dave founded Cloud Cruiser in 2009 to create the industry’s first solution to meter and manage cloud usage and costs. Post funding in July 2010, the company launched and has grown to be the recognized leader delivering unique offerings to take full advantage of the low cost promise of the cloud for enterprises and service providers worldwide. Pay-as-you-go cloud services simply require a unique application to manage and optimize for business agility and competitive advantage. Prior to Cloud Cruiser Dave spent 16 years with HP where he was VP and General Manager of the Enterprise Computer Organization, a $2.5B business selling servers, storage and PCs to Global enterprises. Before, he was GM of several successful start-up businesses at HP, including growing the retail notebook PC revenue from zero to $1B in three years. Dave was elected a Corporate VP by HP’s board of directors at the age of 33, at the time the youngest in the history of the company. After leaving HP, Dave was CEO of Neterion where he led the company from an early start-up to the market share leader in networking virtualization and secured OEM contracts with HP, IBM, EMC, Hitachi and Fujitsu. Dave earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from UCLA.
